All appointments require an non-refundable deposit, in order for appointment to be booked.
Purchases will be shipped via USPS from our home-based location in Atlanta, Georgia. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 4-12 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 1-4 business days.
- The shipping and handling cost is based on a flat rate.
- Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order.
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be certain to review your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, you must notify us via email or in writing within 5 days from the date you received your order.
Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the package was received as long as the items are unused. If you are returning a package please use an insured and pre-paid method (we recommend UPS or FEDEX). Include your packing slip (or a note with your invoice number) and your reason for return.
Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at 404.624.6523 and quote your order number.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
